Starting soon, in addition to Yammer network admins, topic creators will now also be able to edit the name/description of topics.
Currently, it is not possible to hide your own video on the stage. This can contribute to meeting fatigue as we are constantly processing our own image during Teams meetings. This new feature update will expand the ability for users to hide their own video on the stage for themselves while others will still be able to see it and thus not disrupt the video experience during the call.
In 2021, Viva Insights had rolled out curated set of guided meditations and focus music from Headspace in the Microsoft Viva Insights app in Teams for users who have set English as their language in Teams. With this planned app update, this experience will now be expanded to users in 4 additional languages (French, German, Portuguese, and Spanish).
Viva insights is releasing new capabilities to help teams protect time for focused work. The shared focus plan will enable managers and team leads with a Microsoft Viva Insights license to foster mutual productivity norms and drive a positive team culture by inviting teams to coordinate focus time for uninterrupted work.
With Walkie Talkie in Teams, employees can now securely communicate with a familiar push-to-talk (PTT) experience without needing to carry bulky radios. This native built-in app in Teams turns employee or company-owned iOS smartphones and tablets into a walkie-talkie, reducing the number of devices employees must carry and lowering costs for IT.
Parting from learnings over the past 8 months, Universal Print by Microsoft has continued to mature and develop. We’ve been working hard to re-imagine Universal Print specifically for Windows 11, partnering with device manufacturers to bring new features and capabilities.
