28 Dec New Microsoft 365 Communication Compliance conflict of interest template
Microsoft is introducing a public preview of a new policy template for communication compliance in the Microsoft 365 compliance center to help your organization manage insider risks.

We will begin rolling out the preview in late January 2021 and expected to be complete by the end of February 2021.
How this will affect your organization
When your organization deploys the new policy template via the Microsoft 365 compliance center, the communications compliance policy will monitor communications between two groups of users to watch for collusion or conflict of interest.
By default, global administrators do not have access to communication compliance features. To enable permissions for communication compliance features, see Make communication compliance available in your organization.
You might want to notify appropriate users about this new capability and update your training and documentation as appropriate.
