On May 15th, 2021 we will conduct a change in our backend networking infrastructure. This change will result in changes to public IPs of Defender for Endpoint Command and control communication.

Microsoft Defender for Office 365 is introducing new alert policies as well as enhancements to the Automated Investigation & Response (AIR) playbooks associated with them.

As announced in MC237900 (February 2021), we are replacing the out-of-support Microsoft Edge Legacy application with the new Microsoft Edge as part of the April Windows 10 cumulative monthly security update, also known as the Update Tuesday (or “B”) release.

We announced in previous releases that some environment settings will soon be deprecated for Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform online services. These features will be officially removed from the user interface by the end of May 2021.

This release of Code Match for Multi-Factor Authentication is available for Android and iOS and will allow you to turn on code matching for the Microsoft Authenticator app and apply the behavior to specific users or groups. Once enabled, users will be required to match the number on the sign-in screen with the number in the app.

With this update, your end users can wirelessly share the content of their mobile device (iOS and Android) in a Teams Room without needing to first set up a meeting.

We are introducing a new AI based data insight type Word Cloud for open text question in Forms. The key phrases from the open text responses will be extracted and be visualized with word cloud. This can help users to get a quick view on the top text phrases people answered with.

This new feature will allow users to create Tasks from Teams chats or channel posts and enable them to identify tasks that arise naturally in Teams conversations while ensuring important work isn’t overlooked. This will rollout on Microsoft Teams desktop and mobile.

This new feature introduces Correct Answer choices to Polls within Teams meetings and will roll out across Microsoft Teams Desktop, Mobile and Web. The new update will make poll creation fluid, as frictionless as possible and gives presenters control of their meeting experience.
