The changes from the past two years in working patterns and, consequently, enterprise IT architecture have created new customer needs, as well as more third-party solutions, for all “purse and purposes.” Today, we are announcing our plans to deliver new management functionality in Microsoft Endpoint Manager that will further simplify how organizations manage and protect their user computing landscape with Microsoft advanced solutions.
Microsoft Forms will soon be able to provide high quality templates that can be used for a variety of business goals.
With this new app, your users will now be able to access their Microsoft Lists (including SharePoint lists) on the go anytime, anywhere by using Microsoft Lists for Android.
Microsoft 365 compliance solutions will be consolidated under the Microsoft Purview brand name. This change will bring together Microsoft 365 compliance solutions and Azure Purview into a single portfolio and will align the naming of various solutions for consistency with other offerings.
In order to better secure Microsoft Teams third-party applications that request native device permissions – such as camera, microphone or location access – we will be requiring users to manually opt-in for these permissions per app in the Microsoft Teams web browser experience. We are already doing this on the Teams desktop and mobile clients.
Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey insights is an AI-driven dashboard available in Microsoft 365 Admin Center (Health -> Product feedback -> NPS survey insights tab). This feature has been helping Admins like you to obtain actionable insights derived from Microsoft NPS surveys as responded by your users.
Starting on June 1, 2022, managing device security policies through Basic Mobility and Security is moving to the Microsoft 365 Purview compliance portal. The admin experience for this solution will be upgraded as part of this transition.
The previously released ML-based noise suppression is now enabled by default for most of our customers. ML-based noise suppression considers any non-speech signal picked up by the microphone as noise which should be suppressed.
The number of responses allowed per Form/Quiz is being increased from 50,000 to 5 million. After a Form passes 50,000 responses, the form can continue to collect additional responses and the Form owner can export the results as a .csv file for further analysis.
Now you will no longer have to see the text flipped. Imagine a scenario in which a primary school teacher has a small whiteboard in hand and is trying to teach school kids basic alphabets. Or imagine you have a virtual background with text in it. While the user on the other end of the meeting can see the text correctly, you see the text flipped. By providing you the option to un-mirror, you will be able to see the text correctly.
