Experience insights, now in Preview, is the new view in Microsoft 365 admin center to help you increase user satisfaction. In Microsoft Teams, we will be releasing a feature that allows meeting organizers to transcribe meetings automatically if the meeting has been set to be recorded.
To help create better boundaries and protect personal time, Viva Insights will offer the ability to configure quiet time to silence notifications from Outlook and Teams mobile applications, outside of working hours. Users will receive personalized insights through the Viva Insights app in Teams and will be able to set quiet time directly from Teams mobile and Outlook mobile applications.
Teams meetings organizers can soon set up Q&A in their meetings via Meeting Options. Q&A is perfect for large or structured meetings – such as trainings, town hall, all hands and more.
This Breakout Rooms for Channel Meetings feature enables meeting organizers to efficiently pre-assign channel members to Breakout Rooms (both auto and manual) ahead of a channel meeting start.
