Users will now be able to create e-signature approvals on mobile devices.

Mobile support will begin rolling out in June with list and action e-signature approval requests rolling out in mid-July. Roll out is expected to be completed by mid-August.

E-signature Approvals on Mobile: View and Take Action

E-signature approvals will be available in the Approvals app in Teams. Users will be able to see a list of their e-sign requests for their chosen provider. They will be able to see the details and review the request. Request creators will be able to edit or cancel a request.

Users can now seamlessly create and review e-signature approval requests directly in Teams removing the need to access the e-sign provider website.
